History

ITG (INLINE Technologies Group) officially declared the start of business activities in April 2006.

The establishment of the group with the unified brand was preconditioned by close partnership relations between INLINE Technologies company, INPAS company, Triangle Consulting company, Inline Telecom Solutions company, R-ID  company,  SmartLabs company, DataLine company, PST company and Peak Systems company since the very beginning of their business activities. And in many projects the companies faced the task of providing first rate complex expertise in respect of various aspects of high-scale IT projects, from technological to project management issues .
Thus the necessity of arrangement and unifying of technologic innovations, approaches, intellectual resources and other intangible assets to further increase the effectiveness of the projects implementation became evident.

The managing company INLINE Technologies Group, Ltd. executes general management of the companies affiliated to ITG (INLINE Technologies Group). The managing company defines strategic targets and approves main financial and economic figures for future development of the group and adjusts cooperation between members of  ITG when carrying out complex projects.

The president of ITG (INLINE Technologies Group) is Vladimir Varivoda.
